New project underway: bathroom, kitchen, and hallway under renovation✨👷🏻‍♂️🔨.

Floor renovation replacing old carpet with durable and easy to clean vinyl plank flooring. We also created an moisture barrier using Delta membrane underlayment against the concrete floor.🔨✨.

Finished product of this walk-in closet expansion we completed!

The walls are fitted with R22 batt insulation, complemented by R5 exterior rigid foam for a complete thermal break. The attic gables and roof were sprayed with 2 lb closed-cell spray foam, creating a full thermal and v***r barrier. Additionally, we applied spray foam to the new basement foundation and critical connection points to the existing structure. truly delivered exceptional work on this project!
