Baking with Iz

Hey bakingwithiz fam! I know it’s been a whileeee since I’ve posted. I haven’t had much time to bake recently but my sister needed a cake for this weekend and I was able to finally get back into it!

Number cakes are by far my favourite thing to make now! This Harry Potter themed one was a very last minute decision, theme wise but I’m so happy with how it turned out 😍 the cake is red velvet with cream cheese icing inside and buttercream on top to help hold the design together ❤️💛

Over the last year and a bit of having my small business I can’t believe some of the cakes and things I’ve created and people have trusted me to create for their special celebrations. This cake is just another one I never thought I’d do but was so happy to figure out and create. I never thought I’d be tackling a Pac-Man cake but here it is and I’m so happy with how it came out 😍

The flavours are red velvet with cream cheese filling and chocolate with Oreo cream cheese filling 🤤

Had an order for this cake with succulents and flowers. Soooo glad with how it came out. The inside is lemon with vanilla buttercream 🤤
