I am an immigrant and a single mother who came as a caregiver and I have been in Canada for seventeen years. I am a proud Canadian citizen and sponsored my five children for twelve years now. The fact that over 50 percent of the residents of Toronto are not from Canada, taking the Immigration Consultant program here in our school is an opportunity for me to help out foreign nationals to immigrate here like myself.
It's always a good thing to be in this beautiful country, it boosts my inner creative nature so I can show my potential gifts especially in sewing in this time we are all facing.
I sewed masks and scrubs caps for our frontline workers and for everyone who needed it.
Canada is a land of opportunity and equality where everyone has a chance to achieve their goals in life. I am a proud Canadian.
