Measure first: Get the exact dimensions of the new space before moving day to see what actually works.
Start fresh: I had a client who sold everything from their 4-bedroom house when they downsized to an 1,100 sq. ft. condo. They bought all-new furniture to match this new phase of life!
Personally? I love the "sell it all and get new stuff" approach.
