Hello everyone, we can all improve the quality of this meal if we put in some extra effort. We will skip carbohydrates in the breakfast. We may eat a small amount of carbohydrates for lunch if we really do not have any extra fat stored in our bodies. But I can bet my friends, we all have a lot of stored fat (energy/ food bank) in our tummy 😭. lol 😉 We will try to avoid caffeine. We may have green tea / herbal tea instead. No added sugar, please. 🫣We will not fry our eggs. We may boil our eggs or poach in boiling water. We will not cook out vegetables. We may have organic fresh salads, citrus fruits seed, nuts, Greek yogurt or steam our vegetables. No added salt please. 🙂We will try to add variety of colours on our plate. To add some taste, we may add extra virgin olive oil, with some spices of our own choice to drizzle on the salad. Good luck everyone! 🥰
