the Dog of Tears is David Chaim Cohen, the President of Xexify.
tDoT was born in 2004, though DCC has been making electronic music since 1998 when he first procured a 4-track cassette recorder and a Sequential Circuits Pro One synthesizer. Around the time the tDoT project was formed, DCC also started developing a deep interest in psychedelic trance. He did not want to be confined to the creative boundaries inherent in any dance-music idiom, so he invented Rusted Trance.
He will be playing a special 4 hour live Tribute to Goa Gil set.
