Our new line of products comes from a duo of Sri Lankan doctors with a passion for garlic 🧄.

They start with premium Sri Lankan bulbs of garlic, which are aged under strictly regulated temperature and humidity for weeks. The aging process transforms pungent and crunchy raw garlic cloves into ones which are chewy, dark, rich, and sweet with a slightly tart edge.

This products comes in 3 forms: peeled whole cloves, paste, and wild-bee honey infused.

Add to your favourite sauces, marinades, salad dressings, or sandwiches for an umami flavour boost.
