Welllll I was going to make a post about hitting two PRs this week
Squat: 175
Deadlift: 225 💪🏼
BUT then I looked back at some videos from when I was deep in CrossFit about a year and a half ago… and realized my squat was actually stronger then 😂
Had a quick “what the hell, Syd?” moment and started questioning my progress.
Then Bran said something that snapped me right out of it:
“Syd… you also did a half Ironman in between those squats. You’ve been in different fitness phases.”
And that was the reminder I needed.
Progress isn’t linear.
We move through seasons.
We chase different goals.
We build, change, and rebuild our bodies over and over again… and honestly, that’s kind of the coolest part.
You can chase strength.
You can chase endurance.
You can chase both.
Your body is capable of adapting to whatever you ask of it 🤍

Vegas 2026 with the team 💪🏼
Looking around during our group workout felt SO surreal… seeing our entire team together in one room. Everyone laughing, learning from each other, and just genuinely getting along so well 🫶
Every time we meet, we leave inspired, wishing we lived closer, and excited for the next time we get to do it all again.
There’s something so special about sharing a passion with a group of like-minded people. The energy is truly unmatched.
Feeling so grateful to be part of this team and so excited for what we’re going to accomplish in 2026 🚀
