This weekend I had the privilege of seeing my daughter perform for the first time in years, with an extremely talented multigenerational cast in the production of Fiddler on the roof. Everyone in the audience left with a smile war to ear. It was wonderful. I was honoured when I was asked to make a special cake for the cast party. Vanilla cake infused with strawberry frosting.

Chocolate and Strawberry flavoured 75th favourite things bday cake. Had fun creating this for a new customer…especially the roasted chicken. 🍗

Every so often I get asked to make a gluten free birthday cake. To me, taste is still my priority. it still needs to taste delicious and thankfully there are many different ways to achieve this today l!! I’m so glad I could bring this favourite things cake to life for Sawyer who was on the call with me to tell me all the things she loves.
