Every Wednesday, I’m going to post a “Movement of the Week” challenge for y’all to keep moving...it’s either going to be a workout, maybe a dance move, or stretch/rehab/mobility thing.
Why Wednesday? Because you can try it until Friday, maaaaaybe rest during the weekend and try again till I post the next challenge on Wednesday, or do it every other day...your choice honestly 😉
Also for y’all waiting for gyms to reopen to workout and get stronger, exercise doesn’t have to be done at the gym but at the comfort of your own home, and literally anywhere, and it will still be effective AF (I do it in the plane too 😉). Now with things closed, now you got more time...stop making excuses!! Many people are waiting for COVID to be done to do s**t but I believe now is an awesome time to work on anything. Getting stronger doing bodyweight exercises aka Calisthenics, like Yoga, is possible and amazing 🔥🔥💪
By doing this challenges, it is a part of setting goals.
As you complete these goals, you will take pride in your achievements, raise your self-confidence, and probably want to keep on going. Did you also know that action often comes before motivation, because motivation is unreliable 😉 One day, doing things that scare you won’t scare you no more, e.g. hard/impossible workouts becoming warmups 🤣🤣 I promise!! 🤞❤️

Made Taiwanese burrito for breakfast for 2 days. Trust me, one is enough to fill you up especially how I did it, because the usual recipe is just Chinese Scallion Pancake by itself called Tsong Yow Bing (蔥油餅), or if it’s cooked with an egg or 2, garnished with pork floss inside and oyster sauce inside or on top, it’s called Taiwanese Egg Crepe or Dan Bing (蛋餅)
1st pic: Forgot to buy eggs so this is a creation. I put original sesame dressing, spinach, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, onions, rice, trout, peanuts, and jalapeños
2nd pic: egg, oyster sauce, lamb curry, Thai spicy fish floss, rice and spinach
I can make this for anyone one day, just make sure to give me a drive up to T&T, or some Asian grocery if they have it 😉
