Fibre available does not always mean fibre ready.
A location may look serviceable on paper.
But real deployment depends on:
• Building access
• Demarc location
• Suite/unit details
• Cabling path
• Riser or conduit requirements
• Installation timeline
• Equipment placement
• Activation testing
This is where many business internet projects get delayed.
The provider may confirm availability.
But if the internal path, building access, or install requirements are not planned properly, the business can still face delays.
That is why connectivity should be reviewed before move-in, before cancellation, and before assuming a service is ready.
Serviceability is not the same as deployability.
Connectivity is infrastructure.
It should be engineered properly.

Most businesses buy internet the wrong way.
They compare speed.
They compare price.
Then they choose a package.
But business connectivity is not only about Mbps.
The real questions are:
• Is the building infrastructure ready?
• Are phones and cloud systems dependent on the connection?
• Is Wi-Fi part of the problem?
• What happens if the primary service fails?
• Is there a backup plan?
• Who handles escalation when something breaks?
A cheaper connection can become expensive very quickly if the business cannot operate during an outage.
Before choosing a provider or upgrading speed, review the environment first.
Connectivity decisions should be based on business operations — not speed alone.
