We are excited to announce the launch of our charity The Aria Foundation. This organization will help housing partners empower lower-income families to become .

Regardless of class, race, gender, or socioeconomic status, everyone deserves to own a home in their own city. Closing the gap between income and housing costs is possible today through The Aria Foundation.

Please meet our board members, who have all graciously donated their time and energy to tackle affordable housing. It feels very special to have so many like-minded people working towards the same goal!

The Inclusive is a new model for large-scale affordable housing, and our first project will be built in the Black Creek and Lawrence neighbourhood in Toronto. It will include both affordable rental and ownership components as well as much-needed supporting retail, childcare, and other community amenities.

The Inclusive affordable housing model will not only focus on just one community in need; it will include dedicated housing for many of Canada’s historically marginalized groups, including Black Canadians, Indigenous peoples, veterans, as well as the many different groups who are the most excluded from Toronto’s housing market.
