Happy closing day to my clients 🌇

This was a challenging deal, and our patience and strategies paid off.

What’s most interesting is this was on the market for quite some time, we shifted strategies, stayed diligent with follow up and ended up creating a multiple offer situation, resulting in a much higher sales price.

You can always create competition even in a slow market.

Here are my top 3 tips for winning in the condo market.

1. Don’t chase the market down - Price it right from the start and be realistic about price rather than chasing the market down and spending unnecessary time on the market
2. Stand out - The condo market is over saturated right now. Don’t be another cookie cutter condo. Understand who you are marketing to and go all in with that.
3. Give buyers a reason to choose you - Whether it’s flexible closing dates, a pre-inspection, or making showings convenient. Remove friction and make the journey easy for the buyer.
