We are hiring a Quality & Compliance Coordinator # ABL Direct

A women owned, value driven company that manufactures stationery and mailing supplies has an opening for a Quality & Compliance Coordinator.

$55K with benefits after 6 months.

You will oversee the quality systems for the company and ensure reporting and corrective actions are completed as required.

A snapshot of the role:
- ensure all produced goods meet the agreed standards
- ensure testing procedures and processes are in place for both new and existing products
- manage and maintain factory audits, test, and inspection
- coordinate responses to Customer and consumer queries.
- member of the JHSC

You bring:
- Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
- 3 years' experience in QA
- preference for experience with adhesive and tape products
- familiarity with Consumer Packaging and Labelling Act
- Member of American Society of Testing

Bilingual Inside Sales - Medical
The Inside Sales Representative's primary goal is to build and strengthen customer relationships, increase sales within the assigned territory, provide excellent service to customers and prospect new accounts/customers.
Selling / calling on Physiotherapists and Chiropractors, as well as Athletic Therapists / Sports team (national, semi and pro teams)
Generate sales in a territory comprised of new and existing customers, with significant expansion/conversion potential.
Manage entire sales cycle to include qualification of leads, needs/opportunity assessment, request for proposal (RFP), close of sale and all post-sales support.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- College or University Diploma, preferably in a Science or Business field
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) with emphasis in Science/ Business an asset
- Experience in medical sales or the medical device market an asset
- One (1) to three (3) years of customer service or sales experience an asset
- Fluent English - French for bilingual position required (spoken & written)
