💥RestoraYin is a slow, supported style of yoga using long‑held, gentle postures and minimal movement. Props are used to help the body feel safe, supported, and at ease.

💥Crystal Bowl Sound Bath is a fully restful experience where you lie down comfortably while the resonance of crystal singing bowls and water drum gently moves through the space. The sound supports the body in shifting out of stress and into deep relaxation.

There is nothing to do, nothing to achieve, and no experience required — just space to rest and receive.

This experience is for you if:
