From Crazy To Insane: 2017 Condo Market Outlook | Dean Gibbons The Toronto Real Estate board announced the fourth quarter sales of Toronto condominium apartments. Sales were up in the fourth quarter by 22.3% and new listings were down by 13.4% compared to last year.

The average price for condos in W01 (where NXT is located) appreciated just over 10% in the last year. Specifically at NXT condo apartments appreciated by 12.1% year-over-year. Sounds good but that is far lower than condos in the core (21%).
