This is my favourite salad it is crunchy, zesty and actually filling.
Save this for your next quick, fat-loss meal 👇
My go-to simple dressing:
• 1 tbsp rice vinegar
• 1 tsp mustard sauce
• Juice of ½ lemon
• Salt & pepper to taste
• 1–1.5 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp of Nutritional yeast
Shake it well & pour over your salad = instant upgrade
Make it protein-rich:
Add any one ➡️ grilled chicken / tofu / paneer to keep you full longer & support fat loss.
I’ve added sprouted mung beans here, they are easier to digest, rich in plant protein & great for gut health + added grilled paneer for extra protein
