Apparently I have to watch what I say on hete as the WSIB and WSIAT are monitoring what I say.
Amazing they have so much time to HARASS injured workers but can't seem to make fair honest timely decisions?
Lise Vaugeois Wayne Gates Jamie West will be asking the Ontario Legislature to pass Bill 86. This is a bill to bring into law the Meredith Act a law to make workers compensation fair and just for injured workers and employers.
The current law was and is one sided!
The current law was meant to provide for employers ONLY!
DID YOU KNOW that in 26 years, the WSIB has not had a single injured worker sit on its Board of Directors.
How can anyone call the an independent fair board when it is pro-employer! If this is allowed to continue injured workers will eventually convince the courts that the current law is unconstitutional. This will likely mean a return to to pre-Meredith days when workers sued their employers.
Fancy lawyers and insurance will only protect bad employers for so long!
Please help share and spread the word of Bill 86!
Ontario's workers compensation board the WSIB can NOT continue to be above the our courts MUST start to do the right thing and uphold the and hold the accountable for their criminal and illegal wrongdoings!
