PRODIGY was proud to hand over the new Zara CF Sherway Flagship this past Fall here in Toronto, ON. The new location boasts 30,000sqft of retail, including Women’s, Men’s, Kid’s and Baby departments. Taking advantage of the airspace within CF Sherway’s Nordstrom’s Wing of the shopping centre, Zara was able to introduce their new ‘Fin de Obra’ storefront design. Backlit LED metal extrusions adhered to a two – storey structurally reinforced 40’ high glass façade provide the storefront with a measure of distinction vis-à-vis their neighbors! PRODIGY was proud to be involved in the construction of the new Starbucks King West location at Toronto’s trendy Thompson Hotel. The new coffee shop adds much in the way of custom design with faux concrete panelling, black powder coated metal lattice canopies, and polished/sealed exposed concrete floors and columns. This was one of four Starbucks locations PRODIGY had under simultaneous construction along the busy King West corridor this past spring 2017.
