MAPLE SRIRACHA BUTTER SCHNITZEL SANDWICH using sriracha. My perfect game-day meal. Recipe below!

2 tbsp Lee K*m Kee Sriracha
1/3 cup of butter
3 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 tbsp maple syrup
4-6 thin cutlets (veal, pork or chicken)
1 cup AP flour
2 cups of bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
Vegetable oil, for frying
4-6 buns
Pickles, coleslaw, any other toppings you like

In 1 bowl add flour, in another bowl add eggs. Place breadcrumbs onto a large plate. Dip 1 cutlet into flour, then into eggs, then into bread crumb. Repeat until all breaded. Add oil to a large saucepan so there is at least 1 inch of oil. Place over med-high. Once hot, add 1 schnitzel and cook until golden brown. About 2 mins. Flip and cook for 1 min. Repeat until all are cooked. Cool on a rack, sprinkle with salt.

For sauce, add butter and garlic to a pan. Place over low heat for 10 minutes, until butter is melted and garlic is fragrant. Remove from heat and add Lee K*m Kee Sriracha and maple syrup. Stir until well combined. Drizzle sauce overtop of schnitzel. Serve on soft buns with desired toppings! *mKeeCanada
