Today we're celebrating Julia Leiss, CM, who joined Junction59 in April 2013 -- 13 years and counting!

Last year, we marked Julia's 12th anniversary while she was on maternity leave, spending time with her growing family. This year, we get to celebrate her milestone and her return.

Julia's big-picture thinking, creative energy, and genuine care for the people she works with have made a lasting impact on our agency, our clients, and our culture. She brings the same thoughtfulness to her client relationships that she brings to everything else in her life -- and it shows in the work.

Thirteen years is a long time. But with Julia, it feels like she's just getting started.

Thirteen years ago, Hannah Hall walked into Junction59 as our first in-house designer. Since then, the work has evolved, the creative bar has kept rising, and Hannah has been part of all of it.

What stands out most isn't just the quality of her work -- it's how she shows up for the people around her. She mentors quietly and generously, holds high standards without making it feel like pressure, and brings a steadiness to the studio that everyone around her benefits from.

That kind of contribution is hard to quantify. But after 13 years, you feel it everywhere.

Today we’re celebrating Susanna Tam, who joined @ on contract before officially becoming an Account Executive in July of last year!

Susanna brought with her years of international experience, along with a spirit of relentless curiosity and a deep passion for continued learning. Whether she’s diving into a new challenge, supporting her teammates, or proudly completing her Google Analytics certification, she approaches everything with thoughtfulness and drive.

Always eager to help, always growing—Susanna has quickly become an essential part of the team, and we’re so glad she chose to grow her career with us.
