This Women’s Day, we’re celebrating the wisdom that moves across generations of leadership.
When our EVP asked a simple question , “What advice would you give a young leader today?”, the answer reminded us that leadership grows with courage, kindness, and the willingness to keep learning.
At JCI, we’re grateful for the women who lead with heart and open doors for those who come next.
Here’s to every woman shaping communities, building futures, and lifting others along the way.

Some evenings remind you of why you joined in the first place.
