#16 on our list of 23 ways to get healthier in 2023 is to Push Yourself! Not everyday has to be at 100% but if the human body isn’t pushed it will not change. Push yourself to go faster, farther, harder, heavier. You’re body may not like it but if you do it safely, results will follow!

#13 on our list of 23 ways to get Healthier in 2023 is to Commit to Re-Balancing. We all spend too much time doing one thing or another. Left unchecked these habits will lead to repetitive Strain and injury. This year, develop a rebalancing strategy. This plan can include a good unique rebalancing class or a well crafted workout routine to do the job instead. It can also involve a quick series of at-home exercises you can do regularly.

Higher Ground can help by having one of our expert trainers set up a programme. We can also help with some key rebalancing classes like MoveStrong or Pilates. Let us know how we can help and let the rebalancing begin!

#11 on our list of 23 ways to be healthier in 2023 is to Take a Little Break once in a while! (The author may need to take his own advice here…) Technology has made us all able to be on the job 24/7. This is good for NO ONE! Take a little time out once in a while. Unplug. Focus on you.

Cardio-Go can help. We try to make our places an escape, so come, move your body a bit or just sit in a sauna or steam room, and have a coffee. Of course mini breaks are possible anywhere though so just do it!
