The program, featuring Canadians and Israelis, includes June Girvan, Founder of J'nikira Dinqinesh Education Centre and acting president of Black History Ottawa; Yaffa Tegegne, lawyer and human rights advocate and daughter of Baruch Tegegne, z”l, the Ethiopian Jewish community leader who initiated the Aaliyah of Ethiopian Jewry to Israel; Tema Smith, Director of Professional Development at 18Doors; Nissim Black, an American-Israeli Hasidic rapper and producer; and Kendell Pinkney, Jewish life consultant, and rabbinical student. ⠀⁠
