DanChan&Co. is a design led real estate practice. I believe the home is essential to human flourishing, and that thoughtful living spaces can foster well being and harmony in our families and personal lives.

Real estate agents are defined as sales representatives, but I view my role much more as coach, guide, and advisor. By empowering my clients, they make confident real estate decisions that have positive and long lasting impact on their lives.

With almost a decade of experience in real estate as an investor, landlord and REALTOR® I am honoured to have helped more than 110 clients answer one of life’s most complex and important questions: Where will we live, so that we’ll thrive?
