Operations Associate

Host Services Group (HSG) a full service property management and concierge company for short term rentals. We offer a complete support system for individuals wishing to rent their property through Airbnb, and other short-term rental platforms. Our mission is to provide guests with exemplary accommodations for guests and reliable service for hosts.

Headquartered in Toronto, HSG is currently looking for an Operations Associate to join our team. This person will be responsible for maintaining properties and ensuring that the guest experience is above and beyond all expectations. Great hospitality is about the attention to details. You have an eye for detail, have a great work ethic and enjoy being in a fast-paced environment. You are a problem solver and able to deal with unexpected situations at a moment’s notice.

You’ll be on hand to assist in managing our diverse range of properties. Tasks could range from small basic DIY jobs on site, larger issues which will require troubleshooting and enlisting the services of skilled tradesmen such as plumbers or electricians. This role requires a trustworthy, and reliable ‘jack-of-all-trades’. You will be detail oriented, and you will want to get the job done to the highest standards, each and every time.

- Be able to communicate with clients in professional manner
- Legally allowed to work in Canada
Bonuses
- Previous property maintenance experience.
- Previous general handyman experience.
- Own a vehicle to move around the city easily is a bonus
- Our office is in the downtown city centre - proximity to the office would be a bonus.
