This week’s special is as bright and summery as the weather has been lately.

We start with our ricotta garlic cream and shredded mozzarella then top it with freshly sliced zucchini. After it is baked it’s finished with our housemade pesto which is made with lots of basil and pecorino, garlic, pumpkin seeds, olive oil and lemon.

🍄‍🟫 White Mushroom is back! 🍄‍🟫

As we lead into the May long weekend, we are featuring our white mushroom pizza which starts with a base of Ricotta Garlic Cream, topped with shredded mozzarella, fresh mushrooms and rosemary. It’s then finished with freshly cut chives and pecorino Romano. It’s perfection as is but if you’re looking to make it meaty, adding bacon is never a bad idea.

This week we are spicing 🌶️🌶️🌶️ things up with the Arrabiata pizza as well as the Vodka and Basil with the addition of Nduja (a spicy, spreadable Calabrian sausage). You can also still get the vodka as usual though.
