One Vision One Voice (OVOV) is hosting the 2025 PowerUp! Youth Symposium on Thursday March 6, 2025 at the Centennial Residence and Culinary Arts Centre. This is a one-day event this year. PowerUp! is the first Canadian event specifically designed for Black youth in care to gather and feel empowered, seen, celebrated, and uplifted by their own community, elders, and workers. It is an opportunity to foster peer relationships and to strengthen connections to culture and identity in a fun, safe, and affirming way as per CYFSA requirements. This year the programming is geared toward youth aged 13-18.

Registration is still open! https://lnkd.in/ehqb7m5E

Please note registration closes on February 28, 2025.

Registration is required for agency staff supporting youth attendees.
