Managing Partner Dr. Charles Osuji, LL.D., C.Dir. built the Foot in the Door Initiative for three reasons: to change the narrative, to signal to newcomers that there is a place for them, and to promote access to justice. Internationally trained legal professionals work alongside lawyers in court, in consultations, in research — everything a lawyer does. Because experience builds confidence, and confidence builds careers.

Today, many of the firm's leaders are internationally trained. The next generation can see it. And that visibility is the point.
