A 65 years old male patient presented to us with a complaint of generalised white patches in entire oral cavity including oropharynx. Patient was feeling sick and fatigue with drooling saliva from his mouth.
Patient had history of teeth extraction and use of antibiotics otherwise systemically fit with know known disease.

Clinical Diagnosis: Oral Thrush/Oral Candidiasis

Patient was prescribed antifungal medications and the response was quite satisfactory, evident from the pre and post treatment images.
