I was in Barrie Ontario today and received a distressed phone call from a handicapped customer that I'm moving this Wednesday. She said there is no one to help pack up her apartment. I turned around to go back and pack her. Apparently her daughter was called and realizing her distress, volunteered to come over to pack her up. I received the call just north of Toronto that all is being looked after, so I turned around to continue on home. She was pleased that, without a further thought, I was heading back to help her upon request. It isn't the first time I have done this and won't be the last time.
