to “Bud” Paré (1935–2014, ordained 1964) 📖🌎 Teacher, Scripture scholar, and Superior General—Bud’s ministry was as wide-ranging as his vision. He helped expand the Basilian mission into Colombia and later founded the Institute for Pastoral and Educational Ministry to equip lay leaders for ministries in the Church. A gifted administrator, Bud’s greatest strength was his ability to listen—to people and to God. 🙏✨

Our seminarians are gathered in Tlalpan, Mexico City for their annual Scholastic Gathering — a special time of community, discussion, and discernment. May God bless them, their conversations, and their time together as they continue to grow in their call to serve.

So grateful we got to be part of such a special milestone! 🎓

We celebrated the Grade 8 Graduation at St. Michael's College School — and what an evening it was. 101 young men crossed that stage, each one carrying with them the spirit of goodness, discipline, and knowledge. Watching our graduates become brothers reminds us why we do the work that we do.
