Our Story

I have always wondered why the color of man’s skin is any more significant than the color of his eyes. I think racism is not something that we were born with, but it is something that we thought to be raciest ,people say there no racism in Canada but I say we are just polite about it, racism still exist well and alive in our society even today ! And we should continue to talk about it. How backward, stupid and blind racism is! I think the new generation needs to know this. If we continue putting a bandage on the issue it will eventually become worse. We have to remove the bandage and when we do the truth will come out and we will have to deal with the ugly reality that is racism. I have always been interested in making films, writing poetry, or doing some kind of story telling about hope. I was inspired by the experiences that I have been through as an immigrant, and this Idea compelled me to make documentary. I feel that my vision will bring awareness to the the society that we live in today . Although documentaries were not my first choice I enjoyed film making a lot , and that is why I decided to submit my documentary to the Toronto Film Festival, and New York documentary film festival.
