📣Announcing a new series of Contemplative Dance workshops coming up! 📣

Join us for Contemplative Dance:

A movement workshop to open up possibilities for your body and mind. With simple directions, we’ll move with curiosity, to expanding creativity and movement capacity. This work can be done at all levels and for both the beginner and experienced mover. Start from where you are and find joy in your movement.

On Sundays, March 8, 15, 22 and 29 from 10:30am - 12:30pm

Join us for solo dance lab! We’re seeking a cohort 5 choreographers, express your interest by January 3, 2024 by emailing [email protected]

Let us know if you’re interested. We’ll ask you for a short bio and a short description of the work you’ll be exploring through the Lab, 150 words each. We’re looking forward to getting to know you and what you are working on.

The lab will occur:
