And when buyers walk in? The disconnect is real.

I almost always stick to real furniture because it shows the space as it actually lives. No guessing. No surprises. Just honest scale, flow, and function.

That said, for this listing, we created a last minute, custom before & after to help visualize the room’s potential while still respecting the true dimensions (10.75’ x 10.5’).

The goal wasn’t to make it look bigger… it was to make it feel accurate.

Because the right buyer isn’t looking for perfect…they’re looking for real.
