Tapgency Inc. is recruiting a Project Coordinator.
Design/Digital Marketing Unit (Night Shift)

Responsibilities:

- Communicate with clients for clarification of specific requirements of each project and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and/or costs.

- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, and work hours.

- Follow up with the development/marketing team to ensure the project stays on track.

- Maintaining records of customer communication.
- Ensure timely ex*****on and delivery of tasks.

- Maintaining contact with clients and assuring a high level of client satisfaction.

- Track progress & communicate with the Technical lead to keep them updated on progress, challenges, and solutions.

- Managing deadlines and workflow, and scheduling meetings and appointments.

Requirements:

- 1-2 Years of Proven work experience in relevant fields.

- Highly Responsive with good communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
