Bank of Canada announced that they have decided to cut prime rate by .25 today! A big announcement for those in a variable rate. This is the start of a turning point for further rate cuts.
Bond yields have consistently been in a downward trend, beneficial for all who are in a variable and in a position of needing to lock into a fixed rate
