Did I tell you I love yoga!?
First time on my mat was 9 years ago at Hot Yoga Wellness on 16th and Bayview in Richmond Hill.
To my surprise, by the end of class, I was in complete utter surrender and crying (thanks to all the sweatiness my tears were camouflaged) 😉
Since then I never looked back... yoga was apart of my life.
The moment I land on my mat, everything around me stops. Just breathe, surrender and flow. Time stands still and I don’t notice anyone around me. There is a humming sound and a distance echo of the yoga instructors voice as she rhythmically instructs the next pose.
Just flow. Just breathe. Just listen.
Did I tell you I love yoga!?
