• Townhouses: 113 sales | Avg price $876,585
YoY: Sales ↓ 22.6% | Price ↓ 6.7%

• Condo Apartments: 568 sales | Avg price $631,932
YoY: Sales ↓ 23.6% | Price ↓ 8.6%

What this means:
