introducing SID’s 2023 Year End Show: POV
As designers, we have a unique ability to visualize and interpret different spaces, reframing spatial perception and intention. Through a multitude of drawing conventions, we can visually compose a narrative within an interior. However, we must also ask ourselves how differing perspectives can shape the ways we experience interiors, lending emotion to each space that we create. The practice of interior design allows us to experience space from another’s perspective, communicating in a language we all speak.
