In Spring 2021, an extraordinary piece of Yorkville history began a new chapter.

Working alongside Danco House Raising & Moving, Lanterra’s construction team carefully relocated four heritage homes dating back to the late 19th century approximately 100 feet from their original location to make way for 50 Scollard.

The process required extensive planning, structural analysis, and a custom-engineered system designed to preserve the integrity of each home throughout the move.
