Hey mamas! 😊👋 After a birth, a question that I often get is, “when can I start exercising again?” And the answer is…it depends!
😌 The first two weeks after your should be devoted to *resting* and recovery. You’ve just undergone *major* surgery. Don’t overdo it! Then, slowly, you can start with gentle movements like heel slides and mini bridges or walking short distances.
👉And don’t forget: be mindful of your nursing and carrying postures! You don’t want to make your pain even worse.
