Who is TEAM UNBREAKABLE
Mission Statement : Running to Improve Youth Mental Health
We're doing this through providing information and programs that focus on how physical activity, such as running, exercise and sports can often reduce depression and improve mental health in young people.
Physical health for mental health - through our Team Unbreakable Running Programs in schools, community organizations, hospitals and health care facilities. Over 10,000 youth participants in 2018.
We raise awareness of adolescent and teen su***de issues through programs, activities, and information.
