➡️ 14,442 new listings — down 16.7% year-over-year.
➡️ 21,596 active listings — still elevated, but trending down from last year.
➡️ $1,017,796 average selling price — down 6.7% compared to last year.
➡️ 31 days on market (LDOM) — homes are taking longer to sell.
➡️ 47 days on market (PDOM) — reinforcing a more measured pace overall.
