Don't be - we are a non-competitive friendly fun group of girls who love to just get together, laugh and dance and it ends up great exercise and wonderful for the spirit. Message me. Beginner Morning Classes started Wed. Feb. 7 10:30 am - Noon. Please don't be shy. It is just fun, good music and great exercise. You come to class to learn but the experience is so much more than that.
