My best friend thought she was ahead of the curve on AI. Then I said, "hold my beer." 😁

(Well, technically it was a Coke Zero. But you get the idea.)

Natalia Juarez and I were having lunch last week. Two entrepreneurs, two coaching businesses, catching up, no agenda but good conversation.

Then her eyes lit up. "Bobby, I've been using Claude for my business. I uploaded all my coaching call transcripts into a Project, and it helped me find two distinct opportunities in my niche."

Her company is called Better Breakups, and she was genuinely fired up. I loved seeing it. 🙌🏽

Then I grinned and said, "Natalia, let me show you what I've been building." 👇🏾

Because for the last two months, I've been working inside Claude Code and VSCode. And in just the last two weeks, with Fable, Anthropic's newest model, it went to a level I didn't think was possible.

🔥 Here's some of what my AI and I actually pulled off:

→ An AI Chief of Staff that runs my day: morning briefings, every client and contact, my whole business in one brain. I have ADHD, so a second brain that never forgets and never drops a ball is genuinely life-changing.

→ My actual voice, captured. It drafts posts, newsletters, and emails that sound like me, not a robot.

→ A full podcast, launched in a single evening. "The Power of Connection," cover art to audio to live on Spotify, Apple, and YouTube.

→ 2,000+ of my videos, made searchable. Years of content transcribed, so I can surface any idea or quote in seconds.

→ 80 of my coaching and sales calls, mined to build a repeatable sales system.

→ All my platforms connected: Gmail, Calendar, Stripe, my Facebook ads, Fathom, my schedulers. So it pulls real data and takes action, not just chats.

→ My content, connected across 10 channels automatically. (I even built a new app for this)

→ And I can run all of it from my mobile phone, anywhere I go.

Then we did the big one with Fable: we systematized every strategy and system across all my businesses, from content and design to my full sales and growth playbook, into one operating system.

By the time I finished, Natalia's jaw was on the floor. 😄

Here's what I keep coming back to:

AI didn't replace me. It amplified me. The strategy, the stories, the judgment, the relationships... those are still mine. The machine just lets me move at the speed of my ideas.

We're not being replaced. We're being handed leverage most of us haven't learned to use yet.

Had an amazing last minute date night to see Josh Johnson from the Daily show do standup. It was an amazing show even with my limited view. At the end he put the lights on and took a picture with the audience (see video). A fantastic rising talent that is so naturally good. 👏🏾🔥😂
