My Skier Friends,
Who has replaced a knee?
And found that your feel for the ski & snow has changed?
Tomorrow, I'm going in for a long overdue knee replacement and hope to be back on skis in the 24/25 ski season.
Not looking forward to the surgery, but looking forward to a straight knee vs bull-legged, no pain, and walk a mile or two.

Happy Thanksgiving from my house to yours...
This year I decided to save a Turkey 🦃 & make some Braised Short Ribs... I miss my close friends in , and one of my favorite dishes from Fine Dining Restaurant in Centro.
So got my culinary skills on que & whipped this up.
