While there is no universally accepted definition of harm reduction, it can be broadly described as the policies, programs, and practices that minimise negative health, social, and legal impacts associated with drug use, drug policies, and drug laws. It is grounded in social justice and human rights, focusing on positive change, and working with communities without judgement, coercion, or discrimination.

Harm reduction is essential healthcare! Community-led services must be protected and strengthened in times of crisis.
