Looking for a different way to celebrate Cupid’s birthday? Join us at the Tuesday, February 14th for a hands on cooking class!
We will be preparing (and eating!)
- Ravioli with a Ricotta and Spinach filling in a fresh Tomato Sauce
- Spicy Roman Chicken “Pollo alla Diavola” 🌶️
- Strawberry Tiramisú using Strawberries!
6:00 to 9:00 pm, includes a welcome Charcouterie board, Glass of Wine and dinner!

CLASS SCHEDULE
- 6:00 Welcome Aperitivo and Charcouterie Board
- 6:20 Pizza Theory and Recipe, Dough Preparation by Hand
- 6:40 Pizza Break
- 7:00 Dough Cutting and Rounding ( everyone will be able to bring their fresh prepared dough back home! )
- 7:45 Hands on Cooking! Stretch and prepare your favorite Pizza using your favourite toppings and cook it in our ovens!
- 9:00 End of the class
