Low-acid fruits (like melons) MUST be stored between 0 and 4 degrees celsius after they are cut open.

If left out at room temperature, bacteria can grow.

Is your fridge safe?

Leftovers are only safe for 2-3 days, after this they should be tossed.
Your fridge temperature is between 0-4 degrees celsius.
Ready-to-eat foods must be stored above raw meat to prevent cross-contamination.
